Shipping and Returns

All artwork is shipped directly from the artist’s studio. To ensure the safety of the artwork, original pieces are shipped using art handler cardboard boxes, core plant boxes, or wooden crates.

We select the best and fastest way to deliver your art to you. Please allow 7-20 days for delivery.

Returns

The Art Shop Project does not accept returns. All orders are final sale.

If you have made an error on your order, or your shipping information, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the appropriate changes prior to shipping.

Should damage occur during shipping, please notify us as soon possible so we can make it right. Inquiries regarding damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please include images that show any damage clearly visible.
